Every great homebuilding experience starts with a conversation. Our New Home Specialist will guide you through the first steps by asking a few simple questions to see if our Build On Your Land program is for you. Then, when you are ready to begin the process, she will connect you with one of our dedicated Build On Your Land sales agent, who will be with you every step of the way.
Choose the Best Floorplan
Our Build On Your Land series includes two carefully curated collections—each crafted for different lot sizes:
Estate Collection – Ideal for homesites over 80 ft.
Manor Collection – Ideal for homesites under 80 ft.
To explore Fischer & Frichtel floor plans and experience our legendary craftsmanship firsthand, take a tour of our communities and display homes. This will give you the opportunity to see different floorplans and features and help you select the ones that best match your vision.
Determine the Feasibility of Your Plans
Before construction begins, our experienced development team will evaluate your land, determine the overall feasibility of the project and establish whether there are any restrictions or potential challenges. Once complete, they will review their findings with you and make any necessary revisions.
Customize Your Floor Plan & Choose Your Finishes
Once the purchase agreement is signed, more fun begins. You will be invited to visit the beautiful Fischer & Frichtel Home Center, where you will be paired with one of our highly experienced, professional design consultants. They will guide you through our extensive selection of options, features and finishes, helping you bring your vision to life.

We Get to Work
After final paperwork is complete, our team will begin to handle all architectural and municipal requirements before moving forward with construction. We will be at your side through every step – from customization to building and closing.
Our Warranty Program
We won’t say goodbye to you at closing, because your Fischer & Frichtel experience will continue well beyond move-in. Every one of our homes is backed by a 10-year limited warranty through Residential Warranty Company (RWC). During the first two years, claims are handled directly by Fischer & Frichtel and/or the contractors who built your home, ensuring you receive attentive, personal care.
