Our Gift to Folds of Honor!For the 5th year in a row, Fischer & Frichtel donated $2000 for each home we sold from Memorial Day through the 4th of July to Folds of Honor of Missouri and Southern Illinois! This year we were able to donate $48,000! Folds of Honor is a wonderful organization that provides educational scholarships to the children and spouses of fallen and disabled military and first responders. Over the past 5 years, we have donated approximately $156,000 to Folds of Honor, and we are honored to be affiliated with an organization with such a powerful mission.
To celebrate our 80th Anniversary, we are offering up to $10,000 off closing costs! Come take a look at our award-winning homes and communities and ask one of our community sales manager for details. Our display homes and sales offices are open daily, from 11 am – 5 pm.
Community Champions Loyalty ProgramAt Fischer & Frichtel we recognize that not all heroes wear capes. That’s why we offer an additional $1,000 off the price of a F&F home to those we consider heroes among us, including military personnel, veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, teachers and nurses.
Encore ProgramWe know there are a lot of choices when it comes to home builders, so we feel truly honored when our Fischer & Frichtel customers return to purchase another home from us. As an expression of our appreciation, we offer return customers 1% of the base price of their future home to use toward options and finishes in our Home Center!
